Excel migrating data from a spreadsheet into a custom form

Here goes. In Excel 97 I've created a custom form (1099-MISC). Also in Excel I've created a spreadsheet containing data I need to migrate into this new form, approx. 268 records. Can it be done and how?

Any help is appreciated

In your code for the form, write code that loads the data under the UserForm_Activate subroutine. (NT)
