Export and import individual sheet from workbook.

We have a workbook with numerous sheets. One sheet (we'll call it data sheet) is used to collect data entered from the other sheets and from user forms. We would like to add a button to export and save that one sheet (data sheet) to a new file while leaving the original workbook open. We'd also like to be able to import the saved sheet (data sheet) into the original workbook replacing the data sheet by way of a button.

Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated!!
