Here's one thing...

In F2:F900 (Range that the formula looks in) you have 6 empty spaces, therefor, if you put nothing in A6 in the P&L IT FINDS a match... see ? for example, Region = "Overhead" and nothing more. In your list, there are two overheads, and six empty spaces in District, total of 8 which is the "correct" answer. The thing i dont' understand is that the same thing SHOULD happpen with STORE.

Anyway, if you put this in A6 a pair of double quotes, "", then the formula is correct.

I don't know why. I'm emailing back.
