Shrinking Columns

I have a user using Excel 97. Each time he saves a file, the columns shrink.

I've never seen anything like this before.

Anyone have any answers to this one???

If i'm correct, Mark W. once said that if the file is saved as CSV, then columns width is restored to a default. See if this is the case.
