Create a macro button that will filter / sort, then print out a report.

I have a 14 column daily report that I need to group by column B, then descending sort by column K within the new groups. Once this is done, I want it to print. To make this as user-friendly as possible, I'd like to attach all that to a button to allow someone to just perform the simple task of clicking.

If I am interpreting you correctly, Sort by column B first, then by column K. You can then use data sub-total at each change in column B and click on Page Break between groups. Is this what you wanted?

And if that works the way you want, just record a macro from the tools menu, create a button from the forms menu, and assign the macro to that button.

OK, that works, but now I have a small formatting issue. Is there a way to sub-total and page break like you indicate without have sub-totals and grand total lines in the report itself?

Thanks

Uncheck the third checkbutton (Summary below data). I think that should do that you want.
