Freeze Textboxes or Autoshapes

Does anyone know?
Is it possible to freeze text boxes or autoshapes like the freeze pane feature?
I would like to have the text boxes able to scroll the entire sheet and use transparant titles or headers.
I would like to be able to see cell boxes scrolling underneath transparant items like transparant circles or transparant squares.

Hi Jill,
It would be possible to do this if Microsoft had seen fit to provide an event that is triggered by scrolling the active window. Unfortunately, they haven't. It is possible to make the Shape objects update their positions relative to the window on any other event, say for example the ChangeSelection event, but this does not provide the smooth behavior that I believe you are after.
