To turn of the macro warning you have to sign a macro and then trust the source of the signature. In the office files there should be a file called SelfCert. This is the file that you need to open and make a certificate for yourself. After you do that, you should be able to go into the visual basic editor and sign the macro.

Did you find the SelfCert in the office files? If you have found that go to Tools>Macro>VisualBasic Editor>Tools>DigitalSignature>Choose. If you have already found the SelfCert and made a certificate then there should be a certificate name in the box. Highlight that and you should be good to go. I don't remember if you have to choose to install Selfcert when you install office.
