2007 Pivot formatting drops out when refreshed

I just converted from 2003 to 2007. When I refresh my pivots, the formatting drops out of the headers and they all turn black. Help!

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
Hi, can you describe what you did, exactly?

Perhaps you could give some more information.
You say that you have 'converted' - do you mean that you converted the workbook from .xls to .xlsx (or .xlsm)?
Can you also confirm that the pivot tables were created in Excel 2003?
How were the headers formatted? (e.g. what method was used to achieve the formatting).
