auto fill question - multiple cells multiple columns

hi there... new to this so apologies if I'm not doing this right but...
I need to create a log where by another use types in a name. there are multiple additional text or value based data points in the columns next to the name...

I would like to be able to type in
Column A - Jo
Column B - Bloggs
Column C - auto fill with Jo's location
Column D - auto fill with Jo's shift
Column E - auto fill with Jo's supervisor name

How do I do this?
