Hello.

I am looking for code that will autofill six additional rows from the activecell using a keyboard shortcut.

For example, I put a date in A! 1/1/2018 and activate the KB shortcut and it will autofill six more cells down ending in 1/7/2018.

I then select A10 enter date, activate KB shortcut to autofill down 6 more cells to A16.

The column is always in "A". I'm enter weekly dates one week at a time.

Thanks for your time.

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
Assign your keyboard shortcut to this code:
Code:
Sub AutoFillMacro()
    ActiveCell.AutoFill Destination:=Range(ActiveCell, ActiveCell.Offset(6, 0)), Type:=xlFillDefault
End Sub
