I have a web query of stock quotes in one worksheet and I want to know how to continuously refresh its' contents. Does anyone have an idea as to how I can go about doing this?

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
It depends how you wish to refresh:
-Every time when workbook opens
-every several minutes, hours
Etc.

If both then Place your code in VBA editor inside ThisWorkbook and use OnTime function in VBA that will call specific macro every minute or how you define.
