AverageIF issue

Hello,

I am having a hard time figuring out this formula, any help is appreciated. I would like get an average of seconds based on certain criteria. For example, if using the table below, how could i get the average of seconds below 1:00?

00:251:0200:26
1:2200:8000:30
00:2900:251:01

</tbody>

Is :80 the same as 1:20? Are the cells highlighted in blue below the ones you're trying to average?
