I have a dashboard that I would like to add some customer detail to but I don't want to take up to much space. If i do a top 20 a lot of meaningful customers are left out. Is there any way to lock the size of a pivot table at 20 rows but include a scroll option so that all customers can be viewed within that space??

Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
Not really but you have groupings: you can have a group of twenty customers that is expended and the rest collapsed. The easiest way is to select the 29 first lines, right click and make a group. If you need it dynamic (they change often), then adding a calculated column TOP 20 in data table is an easy option and you can collapse the ones that are not or even better, having a slicer on those groups
