Besides the Select method that Eric posted, there are two ways to do it using Application.Goto...

Application.Goto Range("N3")

or...

Application.Goto [N3]

If I may be so bold as to make a suggestion after two MVPs, define the cell/range as a name, and then use the defined name in your code. This way, if the reference "N3" ever changes, as long as the defined name remains the same, you won't need to modify your code. ie:

Code: 
Application.Goto Range("Cell_Reference")

Where Cell_Reference is a defined name referring to cell "N3".

It may take a little more effort to set up, but it may save a lot of time down the track.

I've used the application.goto range ("range name") before

But I didn't know how to use the cell reference.
I just added both ways to my "Cheat Sheet"
