I am creating a template for a report based tool. I have different return in column A (in the sense that Toronto or Houston, etc may come in different amounts based on my data). I need a formula that I can drag down 200 rows and will not have to worry about my output into column D.

Please advise,

- Mr. Bank<table style="border-collapse: collapse;" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="75"><tbody><tr height="13"><td height="13" width="75">
</td> <!--EndFragment--> </tr> </tbody></table>

Hi HTH,

I have actually figured out the issue with the following formula: =IF(T(sheet1'!A7)="",sheet2!A6,sheet1!A7)

I have another issue though.

I need to consolidate my sums with two sepearate criteria on this excel sheet. I have my regions
Column A/B/C
Region 1/121/DATA
Region 1/122/DATA
Region 2/ 122/ DATA
Region 2/ 154/ DATA
Region 2/ 121/ DATA
Region 3...etc.

So I have DATA for different regions with different and sometines the same class. I have a list of criteria for the classes. for example 121 and 154 may be Class 1. 122 and etc...could be class 2. My classes could be 50 differnent ones. Or a few.

Please advice.
