Charting data

I need to creat a pie chart based on static data in a spreadsheet.

Rather than select cells I want to use and array of the information {1,2,3,4,5,6}

I know I have done this in the past and can not get it to work now.
The end user wants the chart but no table so I am trying to embed the data in to the chart.

Does anyone know the syntax for this?

In the Chart Wizard - select pie in Step 1. In Step 2, select the series tab. Add a series. In the Values bit put = {1,2,3,4,5,6}
