Cloud-based Database - suggestions?

Hi, I'm looking for a suitable <a href="http://www.xeround.com">cloud database</a> service for my small business, Up until now we have relied heavily on Excel files and it is important to me to be able to import/export to and from CSV file format. I recently found <a href="http://www.xeround.com">this one</a>, that is free and I was wondering if anyone here is familiar with it, and can recommend it.

I use a service called JustCloud that would enable you to backup your Excel files in the cloud and allows you to access them from anywhere from any device.
