Conditional Formatting Multiple Cells

Hey all! I need help with some Conditional formatting. Here is what I got:

Here is what I need:

In short: If any employees in the "Employee List" are listed as Terminated ("Terminated Employees"), format those employees with red text.

Or if you prefer:

If ANY of cells $A$2:$C$5 match $E2:$E$5, format that specific employee (in the first table) with red text. As a result, in the "Employees" table: Grant, Earl, Scott, and Gene will have red text.

Excel Facts

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
Welcome, highlight A2:C5

then go to

CF>>>New Rule>>> Use formula to determine which cells to format

and paste this

=COUNTIF($E$2:$E$5;A2)=1
