Hi Excel Users!

I need some assistance in having a formula created that will highlight a cell red when the following conditions are met, however, some of the information is on different sheet tabs.

On Saturday Schedule tab, I need the employee name (column's F and K to be highlighted if the Saturday (Cell B2 & G2) matches the Employee Name and Saturday (Column B and Column H) on the Scheduled Time Off tab. That will alert that they are unable to work that Saturday.

I appreciate your help!

Thanks.

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
Select F4:F10 > conditional formatting > New rule > use a formula > use
=ISNUMBER(MATCH(F4&"|"&$B$2,INDEX(Agents&"|"&Saturday,0),0))
Select your format > OK

and then the same for K4:K10 & use
=ISNUMBER(MATCH(K4&"|"&$G$2,INDEX(Agents&"|"&Saturday,0),0))
