How do I set up a central file in which every morning you can import and analyze the data in those 24 hourly summary files rather than doing this manually (copying/pasting from those 24 files each day).

I have to import the data to row-wise, should i select range using importbox or, sorry I am new to VBA.

Converting these from multiple files

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
We would need a little more information to help. What is the full path to the folder containing the files? What is the file extension (xlsx, xlsm)? Are these the only files in that folder? What is the name of the sheet containing the data in each file? Is the data in columns A and B? What is the name of the sheet in the central file where you want to consolidate the data? Do you want the data of each day to be appended to the data of the previous days or do you want just the data for one day to appear in the central file?
