Convert from Excel to .txt

Hi team and good morning!

I´ve been looking around to see if I found this kind of thread somewhere, but I can only find the viceversa (from txt to Excel).

I basically want to convert an Excel worksheet to a txt file with a pipe delimiter (|) to separate the columns.

My Input - Excel sheet - looks like below:

My Output - txt file - would need to come out like below:

Any help appreciated!! I do some macros but conversions to other formats are out of my knowledge and I'm blocked.
