Hi, Please can you help me i would like to convert the below excel formula into vba code, can you help me please? thank you for your time.

Code:
=COUNTIFS(CMEXPORTINPUT!B:B,"Buckinghamshire",CMEXPORTINPUT!H:H,"Pending")

Actually this seems to work better
Code:
CI = [COUNTIFS(CMEXPORTINPUT!B:B,"Buckinghamshire",CMEXPORTINPUT!H:H,"Pending")]

Worksheets("CMEXPORTINPUT").Range("J10").Value = CI

The []'s are a short code for Evaluate

PS I noticed that the answer on the spreadsheet in the original formula is 1 to many.

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
