Hi,

I have an Access table with data, the data comes from an Excel sheet, currently I'm simply copying from excel and pasting in Access, however I have noticed a strange behavior, sometimes the pasted data gets duplicated, I can't seem to pin point if there is anything in particular that triggers this, all I've been able to notices is that sometimes the data gets duplicated.

Any suggestions on improving my process to avoid duplicates?

Thanks.

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
Yes, I would not recommend using Copy and Paste to move data from Excel to Access.
Either import the the data, or link it (through External Data -> Import & Link -> Excel).
