Count Color Without Using VB

Without using VB is there any way to count the number of times a specific color is contained within a given column?

Basically, I have setup conditional formatting on each row to highlight green if it is in the 10% for that row. I want to add a new row that counts all greens for each column.

Any insights you can share would be much appreciated. Thank you!

You need to count the cells that fulfill the condition that triggers the green CF.
