Counting Consecutive Cells >0 Based on Another Column

I've googled this with no luck. Every formula I find seems wrong.
I want to count the number of days an employee has worked in a row automatically.

In the image shown here, Cell D2 should be 1, D3 should be 2 (because there are values greater than 0 2 days in a row for billy), but D4 should be 0. D5 should be 1, and so on.
Any ideas?
