This may be a case of not knowing the best search terms to use, but I really have tried for way longer than I'd like to admit.
<tbody>
</tbody>
I'm trying to count the number of columns where:
-Row 1 = a specific number
-Row 2 = one of many codes in a list of arbitrary length elsewhere on the spreadsheet
-The codes are matched as whole whole cells (ie- "Ft" isn't a match for "F" and vice versa)
The codes alone are easy enough to count with SUMPRODUCT(COUNTIF(range,codeArray)), but I'm not sure how to successfully restrict the counting to columns where, for example, Row 1 = 2.
I feel I'm missing something obvious, but I'm a bit frustrated at this point. Thank you for any insight you can provide.
1 | 1 | 1 | 2 | 2 | 2 | 3 | 3 | 3 |
A | X | F | T | Ft | U | Ax | F | V |
