Create a custom "Fill Color" selection row

Hi,

I wonder if you can help me.

I've got a spreadsheet that is used by around 20 people. Unfortunately, these people are self-declared not tech savvy, scared of Excel, etc.

They need to color code certain parts of the spreadsheet, but they all need to use the same colors - it's almost Red, Yellow, Green - but not quite!

I want them to be able to select these exact colors from the Fill Color drop down - is there a way to create a new row, so under Theme Colors, then Standard Colors, then Recent Colors, can I have a new, custom row, with my three specific colors?

If not, is there a way that I can have my three specific colors on the toolbar?

Believe it or not, Format Painter and good ol' cut and paste are not an option...!

Is there any logic regarding what sections need to be colored?
If so, why not use Conditional Formatting to have it colored automatically for them (instead of relying on them to do it themselves)?
Then you can control what gets formatted and what color it gets formatted to.

No - we're talking about caseworkers involved with children, and they are rating them on a scale. I know that that sounds terrible! It's not, it's for Educational purposes. I think that I may have solved it through tinkering - I've created three new Styles with the correct colors, shown the staff how to use it (!!!) and they are all happy with it. Phew!
