Creating a validation list with multiple criteria.

I am having a few issues trying to create a validation list with multiple criteria. I have been using the below tutorial but it comes up with the error "The source currently evaluates to an error", which I don't understand as I am following the video to the letter.

Could this be an Excel version problem? I am working on Excel2013
