Hi

I have a financial model which includes a whole heap of scenario analysis. To change the scenario for each cell you click the drop down and select best, base or worst. However, if you wan to run a worst case for everything you have to select each individual cell and select worst. Is there a a way to set all scenarios to Best, Base or Worst but then change one or two of the scenarios after?

Cheers

Excel Facts

Which came first: VisiCalc or Lotus 1-2-3?
Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston debuted VisiCalc in 1979 as a Visible Calculator. Lotus 1-2-3 debuted in the early 1980's, from Mitch Kapor.
Not from the same data validation but, you could have one cell that controls Best, Base or Worse from where you would like to source your data and then choose the value per cell.
