Hello!
I have a column with many names, the problem is that there is an empty space before and after the name. It will take me a while to delete it manually. Is there a way to get rid of those spaces?

" Lavinia Drtcxc "
" Mara Fort Dguyutf "
.
.
So one space before and one after. Any ideas?

And I have a column like this:

It somehow has 2 empty rows after the words in the same cell. It is like

"Apple with tomatoes

"

Is there a way to clear all that empty space at once?

Thank you!

For the first part (assuming your data begins in A1):

For the second part (assuming your data begins in C1):
