Directional Icon Set Based on a Cell Reference

Hi,

Trying to figure out a formula for conditional formatting icon sets (directional Up, Down, =) based on another cell reference.

Data is in Column B that I want icon set arrows. If whats in column B > whats in Column A, Up Arrow. If =, then =, if column B<column A, down arrow.

Please help. Thanks!

Hi

You can set the conditional formatting in column C where you check which of A and B is bigger.
