Duplicates, MIN Value, MAX Date

In column B I'm looking to find single entry or duplicate entries that have a MIN combined value of 20, (and column D must not be blank). If so enter the MAX date from column C into column F.

Example: Classes named "Class 2" has two entries (in column B), and together they total 20 students (column E), and the type of class taught is filled (in column D). I need the MAX date (column C) entered into column F.

I didn't see the attachment option so I guess I'm supposed to use table (see below)
