My double axis chart is tracking $ values on the left and count on the right. Dates are on the horizontal axis, with the oldest date to the right. The count is charted correctly; i.e. the dates correspond to the count. But the $ amounts are charting backwards. In other words, the $ amounts are not following the dates. The oldest $ amount is on the left at the most current date, while the latest $ amount is on the right at the oldest date.

Any help you can give me to correct this would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure that both x axes are of the same type. Time-scale will run from earliest date to latest date. Category ot Text will run as shown in your source data.
