Excel Shortcut Key for Name Box

I would like to be able to capture the cell address in the Name Box and use it as the beginning address of a range I want to copy. How do I get to the Name Box to copy that information?
 
I'm not familiar with everything you said, but if you think you have a solution, that's the main thing.

You probably did mention about Macros and I forgot, my bad :(.

I try to do Macro-Less solutions as much as possible and keep it simple, but that's not always possible. I'm sure you'd catch on to them pretty quickly. So, are you good to go, did you solve your problem?
