Excel VBA IE automation: unable to select dropdown lists

I need to be able to select a value from a two different drop down lists in internet explorer. The first one data will displayed as tree. The second one data displayed as drop list.

I tried to usd SendKeys but not helped:(
Is it possible to fully-automate the process?
