Hello everyone, I hope you all are having a nice day. Myskillset with Excel is intimidate best I currently own to 2016 MS Excel book. And to give some additional backstory I would for a insurance company with acall center type environment . I am hoping to create a excel worksheet for the purposeof documenting my phone call. I intend to create questionnaire where I can fillin the blacks with either a radio icon or typed responses. At the end of myphone call I want to create a button that is going to copy all the questionsthat I have prefilled along with the answers so I can past directly into myclaim. Then I would like to create a Clear button that resets the program whilekeep all my prior questions. Hoping to make it look like a program that onlytakes up maybe 3” x 10” of monitor space. Is that something that can be accomplishedvia excel? My main question is what would that type of worksheet be called? Ivebeen Googling for a couple days using different phrases on what I think thismight be called and ive come up blank. I look forward to designing it and doingthe leg work. I just need to know where I need to look.

Thank you!

What did Pito Salas invent?
Pito Salas, working for Lotus, popularized what would become to be pivot tables. It was released as Lotus Improv in 1989.
Yes it is possible. I did something similar many years ago for a job I was at. Research: Excel User Forms.

Basically you are going to set up your worksheet with a table. Create a Excel User Form in the order you want to collect the data. When you hit the button, it will clear and save the data into your table.

Kind of a process, but it is really good learning experience.

Good Luck
