Filling in an account in excel

Hi, excel experts,
I have a problem that is making my job slow and annoying.
I am making a couple of hundreds of scans a week and I need to fill in an account that contains eight graphs required.
serial number|date created|department|inventory number|image type|account number|date modified|date deleted
I'm working with a large amount of digital images (TIFF and JPEG).
I wonder how could I automate at least some "fill in" process?
Could anybody give a hint ar a link?

I've used this script:

But it does not completely fit in the required fields.
Could anyone offer something closer to my listed information?
