Find highest value in row 3 and match same column in row 2.

Hi,

Basically if row 3 (columns B to AD) has numbers in find the highest number and then give me the number in the same column in row 2.


So for example if B2-H2 was 1 2 3 4 5 6 7, H2 would be the highest so i would want the number in H1 giving back to me as the answer to the formula.

Can someone help.

=INDEX(B1:H1,MATCH(MAX(B2:H2),B2:H2,0))
