Flickering/slow

Hi All,


My worksheet has close to 200 checkboxes and some hidden rows, and a couple textboxes. I believe that is what is causing this flickering/slowness I am experiencing just simply scrolling up and down the worksheet. Is there anything that can prevent this from happening?
