Hi All,

I need some help to calculate earliest retirement date.

I have DOB (A1) and Date of Hire (B1)
earliest retirement requires age of 60 plus 10 years service.

Would like to have a date return from the formula.

Thank you all!

Hi,

So are you saying, if I was hired yesterday, and today is my 65th birthday, I retire today?

Also, please clarify the age 60 and age 65 difference.
