Hi All,

I have a column that shows percentages. The percentages will start at a high number, then slowly dwindle, and then at some point, the percentage will start to go back up.

Is there any way to write a conditional format that will highlight the first percentage that increased from the value of the cell above it?

Essentially I am trying to find the inflection point in my data set. Thanks so much for any help!

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
under conditional formatting
select the range say
H2:H100
then use a formula
=H2>H1
