Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
Hi. Try:

Code:
Sub InsertWordOnFilteredTable()
 Dim LR As Long
  Application.ScreenUpdating = False
   With ActiveSheet
    .AutoFilterMode = False
    LR = .Cells(Rows.Count, "X").End(xlUp).Row
    .Range("A1:AC" & LR).AutoFilter Field:=24, Criteria1:="=LAE", _
         Operator:=xlOr, Criteria2:="=MAE"
    .Range("AC2:AC" & LR).Value = "Available"
    .AutoFilterMode = False
   End With
  Application.ScreenUpdating = True
End Sub
