Help with a CSV file format

I have a CSV file that I need some help with. Cell A1 2-8 Cell B1 9-16.
When I save the file cell A1 and B1 format to dates. I want them to remain as 2-8 and 9-16
I have tried everything I know to keep them formatted the way I want but they keep changing to dates.
All help is welcomed

import csv [data,-from text], delimited [next], (choose proper delimiter (probably comma) [next], select column with your 2-8 etc and set it as text then ok
or
set as text all columns where you've problematic values

or use PowerQuery
Data - New Query - From file - From CSV
