Hello all Excel users!

I'm gonna start by apologizing for my poor explanation, if anything is unclear, please let me know.

I work at a hospital and I'm writing lots of patient data in excel, this process can be quite time consuming and I've been looking for a quicker solution. I'm quite new to VBA and haven't had any previous Macros at all.
The excel document that I'm currently working with has 28,000 rows and I'm currently completing one chart at a time, then manually copying it and pasting it next to my newly created chart. However, if this could be done with an assigned macro it would be lovely.
Say I wanna copy A1 to E61 and then make all that data appear on say F1 to J61, how would I go about that?
And also, is it possible to make Excel automatically copy and paste all that data once I entered the last piece of data, for example E61?
So..I'm looking for a Macro that can do this for me. Copy the assigned data (A1-E61) to the destination (F1-J61) and so forth..?

To make things a little clearer I'll post an example of how my excel document looks. I'd appreciate a somewhat timely response. Thanks a lot!

- Oscar :)
