Please can someone look at the attached sample spreadsheet.
The first sheet returns a value of 1 or 0 depending on whether the calls on the second sheet are resolved within the target time or not. If they are they get a value of 1 and if they are unresolved, or resolved outside of the target time then they get a 0.
The formula I have appears to work other than the fact that at the moment if a job is completed on the same date but after the time (so say an hour late - so it should be a fail) it is still returning a 1.
For example, Cell U17 on the first sheet should be a zero as row 111 on sheet 2 is resolved late.
Can anyone help adjusting the formula for this please?
