i have read through multiple forums and cant find a solution that has worked so far.

the check box will be unchecked when the form opens.

the options are Yes (with checkbox) or No (with checkbox)

as of right now, if the checkbox for Yes is selected, multiple items will appear to prompt the user to fill them out (some of these options contain a combo box or even a check box)

i would like for if checkbox for No is selected the combo box to not appear. right now the combo box is still there it just doesn't show the description of what the box is for.

items only appear if the box is selected for yes.

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
