Hi!

This is my first post on here, I have tried searching for what I need and I can’t find a solution :(

Basically I have a sheet where there is a lot of trips done by vehicles, each trip has to be logged in via a mobile app.

On this sheet I need it to highlight the row (red for example) if the trip is happening within 20 minutes and until I click a check box or put my initials via a drop down box which means I am “actioning that trip” then it will highlight green and I can move on, there is a lot of trips each day that I need to individually check to ensure each driver logged on correctly and I need this to keep track.

I hope I explained it well enough for what I need in this excel sheet.

Hope someone has a solution.

Thanks in advance!

What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.

Re: Help with highlighting time rows

Hi,

Sorry for the late reply on this, Just got back to this project and catching up,

What I am looking for visually is this;

TimeVehicle NumberTrip numberLogged onNot Logged onInitials
12:00Test112345X
KH
12:10Test254321x
KH
12:15Test 37654321

12:30Test 476525

The Scenario would be, Its now 12:20 and I want rows that have passed that I have not yet actioned i.e put initials in a dropdown box in Column F or something similar to highlight red and trips happening within the next 20 minutes.

I have tried conditional formatting the hell out of this and it didn't work, I am sure there is a time formula or something I would need to base the conditional formatting off but thats why I am here :)

Hopefully this clears up what I am looking for if not ask away
