Hello all. I read an earlier post regarding this issue, however, the fixes provided in that post did not work for me. I have a spreadsheet form that I need to show color formatting when it's on the computer, but I need it to print without the color in certain cells. I only have a black and white printer, so when I print the spreadsheet, no matter how light I make it, it's too dark and you can't read the data entered.

I've tried everything I can think of, even our IT department has tried to figure it out, and no one is familiar enough with excel. We tried changing the code, but I'm not sure we are doing it correctely because it still prints the color format. We've checked to make sure the macros are enabled, and they were. I'm wondering if it's just something i'm missing. Please help.
