How to automatically highlight entire row, if cell contains a tick in the check box?

I would like to understand the exact step by step procedure to creating this macro, as oppose to copying and pasting an example.

Been racking my brain with this, it's driving me mad :eeek:.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.
 

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
Welcome to the Board!

The easiest way will probably be with a Forms Check Box, then assign the linked cell and conditionally format the rows based on the Check Box linked cell value. E.G. = $A1=True
