How to copy a cell range below an indexed cell reference

I have used this formula to give me a cell reference

=INDEX('5B Sp1'!$A$7:$AV$7,MATCH("*TOTAL*",'5B Sp1'!$A$7:$AV$7,0))

It returns TOTAL but now I want to copy the values in the cell range from row 9 to row 39 of the same column. Is this possible without using VBA.

I want to copy the cell values into another worksheet "Data Entry" using Y9:Y39
